You will deliver high-quality customer service to customers and internal partners across Poland and selected European markets. You will process and manage orders, resolve inquiries, and work closely with supply chain, quality, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries and process orders end-to-end to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Support for sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients (e.g. pharmacies, vaccination points, hospitals, wholesalers) and internal partners.
Liaise with warehousing, distribution functions and relevant external partners as to supply planning.
Follow and improve customer service and logistics procedures, including master data and supply issue handling.
Report safety or quality concerns, including suspected adverse events and quality complaints, according to local processes.
Support Good Distribution Practice activities and assist in product suspension or withdrawal processes when required.
Engage in continuous process improvement activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service, call center, order management, or logistics experience.
Willingness to provide excellent customer service.
Great people and communication skills.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to influence and drive excellent business relationships and networking.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SAP and English are an added advantage.
Work Model:
This role follows a hybrid working model, with 2–3 days per week in the office located in Poland.
