Customer Service Specialist (with French & English) Fixed term contract for 12 months (maternity leave position)
You will deliver excellent customer service to external customers and internal partners across France & Europe. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and work with supply chain, quality, and sales teams to ensure reliable delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and process orders end-to-end to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, and internal partners.
- Follow and improve customer service and logistics procedures, including master data and supply issue handling.
- Report safety or quality concerns, including suspected adverse events and quality complaints, according to local processes.
- Support Good Distribution Practice activities and assist in product suspension or withdrawal processes when required.
- Coach and onboard new team members and support process improvements and project roll-outs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, order management, or logistics experience.
- Good knowledge of logistics processes and the order-to-cash flow.
- Strong communication skills in French and good working knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to follow procedures and report quality or safety issues accurately and promptly.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution or similar ERP systems.
- Previous experience supporting healthcare customers such as wholesalers, pharmacies or hospitals.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice and basic quality systems.
- Additional language skills relevant to the region (France).
- Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement projects.
- Proven ability to train and mentor junior colleagues.
