Meaningful Work From Day One
As the primary liaison between our customers, consumers, sales team, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, you will provide essential customer service and logistics support for the Korea LE market. You will ensure reliable, professional care throughout the entire customer experience—from the initial order to final delivery. This role is vital in managing order placement, record keeping, invoicing, and resolving customer concerns.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional team player and a clear communicator who is passionate about delivering high-quality service to Brown-Forman’s customers.
What You Can Expect
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of the "Order-to-Cash" lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include:
Order Management: Retrieve and consolidate orders from various channels—including customer websites, EDI, text, and phone calls—and promptly enter them into SAP.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers and consumers via phone and email to address orders and general inquiries.
Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team to confirm inventory availability, delivery timelines and order discounts.
Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary interface for 3PL providers regarding delivery arrangements and domestic transportation.
Account Reconciliation: Verify monthly order records and collaborate with sales for monthly closing.
Operations: Manage return orders, goods receipts, and oversee POS/sample shipments.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.
Project Work: Lead and Support EDI management and participate in ad-hoc projects to improve service efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; English fluency (written and verbal) is preferred for project leadership.
Mindset: Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
