Main Responsibilities:*
Execute and manage parts inventory, including accurate transaction processing, purchase order follow-up, and FSE usage tracking.
Support service revenue activities, such as invoice billing, forecasting, and related reporting. Manage service contracts.
Confirm accuracy of shipping document and invoice contents.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion.
All activities must strictly adhere to Abbott Code of Business Conduct.
Skills & Experience Required:*
College or above graduated.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer support, logistic management, distribution, or related field.
