JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Responsibilities:*

  • Execute and manage parts inventory, including accurate transaction processing, purchase order follow-up, and FSE usage tracking.

  • Support service revenue activities, such as invoice billing, forecasting, and related reporting. Manage service contracts.

  • Confirm accuracy of shipping document and invoice contents.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion.

  • All activities must strictly adhere to Abbott Code of Business Conduct.

Skills & Experience Required:*

  • College or above graduated.

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in customer support, logistic management, distribution, or related field.
