We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support YETI’s growing presence in Australia and New Zealand. This role is all about delivering an exceptional experience for our customers—whether they’re shopping online, visiting retail partners, or reaching out for product support. You’ll be the go-to resource for inquiries, problem-solving, and ensuring every interaction reflects the YETI brand.

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely, thorough follow-up and warm, upbeat communication. 

  • Respond promptly to inquiries across multiple channels—email, chat, and phone 

  • Resolve issues efficiently by investigating concerns and guiding customers to the best solutions. 

  • Educate and empower customers: 

  • Explain product features and benefits 

  • Share best practices to maximize YETI product performance 

  • Troubleshoot issues to minimize unnecessary returns 

  • Manage post-purchase processes: 

  • Handle returns, warranty claims, and product registrations 

  • Support business growth: 

  • Be the first point of contact for marketing and new dealer inquiries 

  • Provide inventory availability updates 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer insights and contribute to projects that enhance the YETI experience. 

Qualifications and Attributes: 

  • High School Certificate required 

  • At least 2 years relevant work experience; Retail, wholesale or online customer service experience preferred 

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills 

  • Ability to prioritize and develop processes to do work efficiently and effectively 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficient with basic computer skills 

  • Be a steward of and maintain the YETI Brand 

  • Must be a team player, able to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude 

  • Optimistic, energetic and collaborative
