Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be  responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

  • Together with 10 team members you will be supporting Iberia market.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.

  • Big part of your day will be order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.

  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.

  • You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

  • Native Spanish and business fluent in English. Portuguese is advantageous.

  • Customer centric approach

  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)

  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement

  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools

  • Organizational skills and attention to details
