Location: Remote, United States.
This is a remote position. However, there will be two weeks of in-person training in Indianapolis at the beginning.
Shifts: Monday - Friday: 10am ,11am, or Noon EST start time. Wednesday - Sunday 1pm Start Time
*8-hour shift and a 1-hour lunch break.

Summary
The Customer Service Representative for Blood Hound carries out responsibilities including customer service, answering phones, scheduling work, educating customers on our services, dispatching work out to the field, and project-related duties. The Customer Service Representative must possess exceptional troubleshooting and time management skills and be willing and able to learn new procedures and technologies to supplement their existing skills.
