As a Customer Service Representative for our company, you will:
· Answers calls from customers wanted to place an order from our ecommerce website
· Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
· Record customer information within our customer service database.
· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while assisting them with their online order.
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Candidates must have:
· A passion for working with people and offering outstanding customer support
· The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidates must be available:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
