Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with Spanish and English.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
What is your role going to look like?
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This position deals front line with the customer and must always represent the company and our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity.
You will act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle.
You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM), chat and phone.
Works closely together with other departments such as Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Cash Collection, Finance, Marketing and the rest of the organization to ensure all is processed in a correct and timely manner.
Responsible for handling customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure fulfilment of the local terms and conditions of sales, returns, discounts, freight charges, warranty and product complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Performs other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Native level of Spanish language.
Fluent level of English language is required for internal communication.
Customer centric approach.
Excellent communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive).
Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
Experience or ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (Oracle, Salesforce & Excel).
Organizational skills and attention to details.
Reliable and high sense of responsibility and urgency.

Good organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workloads.
Outstanding commitment, reliable, flexible, and able to work in a team.

Background in dental/orthodontic systems or medical device customer support as an advantage.
Ability to work 5 days per week from office located in Madrid.
