Responsibilities
Receive, enter and manage customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns
Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning orders
Handle incoming phone calls from various stakeholders and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively
Track the status of orders in the report and communicate issues and solutions; cooperation with our plants in Europe and external warehouses; cooperation with our logistics provider
Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs
Support organization in optimization transport and logistic projects
Claims receiving from customers
Proactive work to solve customers’ complaints
Giving feedback to customers regarding the status of complaints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles; candidates with internships in logistics are also welcome
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher, spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset, both internally and externally
High analytical skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure
Team player with creativity, engagement, and strong multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
