In this position, you will be the member of the customer care department who is the internal contact in nVent for the customer and sales representatives in the field; for all processes around quoting, order management and product information.
You will participate in the activities
> Key Responsibilities
o Customer Communication & Order Management
o Serve as the first line of contact for customer inquiries.
o Provide accurate information on product pricing, availability, and order due dates to customers and the sales team.
o Process customer orders using nVent’s order management tools and ERP system with precision and attention to detail.
o Manage open orders and compile status reports as requested by customers.
> Logistics & Fulfillment
o Track and trace consignments to ensure timely delivery.
o Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve any delivery issues.
> Phone Support
o Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
o Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette and responsiveness.
> Product Knowledge & Technical Support
o Provide first-level product information using catalogues and the ERICO knowledge system (ERICAT),
o Recommend suitable products or alternatives based on customer needs.
o Escalate complex product inquiries to application engineers or the technical support team.
> CRM & Case Management
o Utilize Salesforce as a CRM tool to manage customer purchase order (PO) communications, inquiries and quotations.
> Payment Processing & Administrative Tasks
o Process credit card payments for cash sales accounts.
o Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Key Objectives and Requirements:
> Represent nVent professionally on all instances.

> Correct and efficient quoting and order management.
> Understanding, knowledge and keeping up to date with nVent products and systems

YOU HAVE:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred, majored in science or engineering will be preferred as well.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an internal sales support or customer care role within a related industry, also with enough knowledge and experience for international import and export related trading process.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
o Experience working with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and ERP platforms is highly desirable.
• Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams within the organization.
• Customer Focus: Skilled in managing high-demand customer expectations with professionalism and clarity.
• Work Ethic: Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Demonstrated strength in prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
