Arxada is looking for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the complete order‑to‑cash process, including key activities such as order entry, delivery coordination and invoicing. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while working collaboratively across departments to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders received through various sales channels.

  • Order‑to‑Cash Management: Oversee the full order fulfillment cycle from sales order entry to final delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Invoicing: Ensure all customer orders are invoiced correctly and on time in accordance with internal standards.

  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipment planning, dispatch and delivery activities with freight forwarders and logistics partners.

  • Customer & Sales Liaison: Act as the primary communication link between customers and internal sales teams, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as logistics, finance, sales and planning to resolve order‑related issues and prevent disruptions.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor delivery performance, proactively manage backorders and support continuous process improvements to enhance service levels.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial controls, company policies, and relevant operational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Sound judgement through effective information analysis

  • Proactive, adaptable and capable of managing complex situations

  • Multi-tasking and problem solving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in SAP SD, Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365

  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
