As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and reliable order-to-cash experience for our customers. You will contribute to our business success by ensuring operational accuracy, proactively solving challenges and working collaboratively with colleagues across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer interaction with process excellence while helping drive continuous improvement.

Essential Job Functions

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently across all relevant sales channels.
• Manage the full order‑to‑cash cycle, including order entry, tracking, delivery coordination and customer follow‑up.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in line with internal standards and financial controls.
• Coordinate shipment planning, dispatch and delivery with logistics partners and freight forwarders.
• Serve as the main contact for customers and internal sales teams, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, planning and sales to prevent operational disruptions and solve order-related challenges.
• Monitor delivery performance, support backorder management and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and sound judgement through effective data analysis.
• Proactive, adaptable and confident in managing complex or changing situations.
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP SD, Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
