What you will do

  • Manage the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate specifications, lead times, and on‑time delivery through close collaboration with Supply Chain and Master Data.

  • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing timely support on orders, inquiries, credit matters, and product information.

  • Coordinate New Product Development activities, including specifications, artwork, approvals, and first commercial orders.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in partnership with QA and Sales, ensuring clear communication and preventive actions.

  • Support Sales and Marketing with business intelligence, pricing validation, forecasting insights, and year‑end rebate coordination.

  • Maintain up‑to‑date customer data, forecasts, documentation, and market insights to support internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across Sales, Planning, Logistics, QA, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or related commercial operational roles, preferably in a regulated B2B or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive customer satisfaction.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred); familiarity with master data and forecasting processes is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong customer relationships.

  • Business‑fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

  • A proactive mindset with high attention to detail and ownership for results.
