As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a critical role within our Order Management Team, serving as the primary connection point between our customers, internal partners, and factory operations. You will be responsible for receiving and processing routine customer orders, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑through. Your work directly supports Largo’s operational excellence, enabling our production team to meet aggressive deadlines and maintain exceptional service levels.
This frontline role is essential to keeping our factory operating efficiently and ensuring every customer receives a best‑in‑class experience.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $17-23. (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
