Customer Service Representative II

Job Duties:

  • Responds to customer inquiries, expedites critical orders, communicates dispositions, researches and resolves issues, and researches orders
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers
  • Daily shipment coordination
  • Handle system transactions
  • Prepare shipping documentations, filing and reports
  • To follow up daily operation to comply with the KPI
  • Any ad-hoc support upon requested

Job Requirements:

  • High School / Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year related experience in warehouse or logistics industry
  • Basic computer, email, phone and communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • With SAP knowledge will be an advantage
