DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative I at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll provide excellent customer service through order management, inquiry resolution, and proactive communication across multiple channels. You'll process customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining high service standards and meeting performance metrics. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction while supporting scientific research and healthcare advancements through our comprehensive portfolio of products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform order management activities for assigned regions using tools & applications used by the function.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Ensures that performance metrics / SLAs are met.
  • Adhere to daily turnaround time for orders as per set TAT guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal / external processes defined.
  • Proactively escalates issues that can potentially hamper the business processes.

Other Requirements

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administrations)
  • 0-1year Experience
  • Requires strong computer skills, including Microsoft office.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with good accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work in Night Shifts
