This opportunity is full-time, first shift, with a Saturday-focused schedule.

This position is required to work Saturdays
Sundays off
One additional fixed weekday off — Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday (employee choice)
Schedule designed to support work-life balance while meeting weekend operational needs
In this role, you will:
Provide patients, clients, and internal laboratory teams with exceptional customer service via inbound calls
Assist with call alerts and stat call support
Work in a fast-paced call center environment
Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards
Accurately document interactions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Training & Work Location
Training for this position is conducted on-site
Eligibility for a work-from-home arrangement after 90 days, based on performance, attendance, and quality metrics
All you need is:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience working in a call center or in the laboratory
Exceptional communication skills
Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points if you’ve got:
Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant training
2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
Data entry experience in a production environment
