This opportunity is full-time, first shift, with a Saturday-focused schedule.

Schedule Details

  • This position is required to work Saturdays

  • Sundays off

  • One additional fixed weekday off — Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday (employee choice)

  • Schedule designed to support work-life balance while meeting weekend operational needs

In this role, you will:

  • Provide patients, clients, and internal laboratory teams with exceptional customer service via inbound calls

  • Assist with call alerts and stat call support

  • Work in a fast-paced call center environment

  • Champion safety, compliance, and quality standards

  • Accurately document interactions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Training & Work Location

  • Training for this position is conducted on-site

  • Eligibility for a work-from-home arrangement after 90 days, based on performance, attendance, and quality metrics

All you need is:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of experience working in a call center or in the laboratory

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points if you’ve got:

  • Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant training

  • 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing

  • Data entry experience in a production environment
