Huntsman’s Performance Products Customer Service team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Kraków HUB. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering highquality, endtoend OrdertoCash (O2C) services for a dedicated customer portfolio. 

You will act as the key point of contact for customers, managing the full lifecycle from order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and aftersales support. Role Responsibilities: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: 

  • Manage the complete customer service process from order entry to dispatch and invoicing, using SAP standard processes. 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical Support, Credit Control, and other O2C functions. 

  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing timely updates on orders, deliveries, and potential issues. 

  • Monitor customer accounts and order books, identifying and resolving risks such as delivery delays, credit blocks, or availability constraints. 

  • Ensure all service requests are handled in line with established procedures, KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards. 

  • Control dispatch and billing readiness in SAP, ensuring accurate system housekeeping and timely removal of obsolete stock demands. 

  • Support resolution of supply or forecasting issues through daily operational meetings. 

  • Manage documentation requirements, including amendments, legalizations, and certifications, in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. 

  • Operationally manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and consignment processes in close cooperation with customers. 

  • Oversee settlement processes for rebates and commissions for assigned accounts. 

  • Provide backup support to other Customer Service Representatives when required. 

 

 

Experience and Competencies: 

What we are looking for: 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service role within a complex, international environment. 

  • Exposure to export trade and S&OP processes (strong advantage). 

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience is highly desirable. 

  • Fluency in English is a must, and French is a strong plus. 

  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. 

  • A structured and organized working style, with flexibility to manage changing priorities. 

  • A collaborative, positive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
