What You'll Be Doing
In a proactive manner, contact all customers in an assigned geographical territory to request a pick-up of waste and/or to deliver a product. In addition to this, receive calls from clients and Sales Representatives to provide service as requested.
• Coordinate, communicate and facilitate transportation with GRR personnel, Customers and Transporters in a proactive and timely manner. Create required paperwork necessary for shipments including quote letters and accurate pricing and fees.
• Manage all calls received from assigned clients, internal co-workers, Managers, and Sales Representatives to address such issues as special arrangements and/or coordination, billing, compliance, transportation, and credit collection.
• Work closely with assigned sales representatives / managers on a daily basis, creating a team concept that fosters communication that insures we meet and exceed our customer's expectations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Enviro Ware to prepare quotes, updates, and other communication both internally and to the assigned customers.
• Have a positive attitude that fosters a winning culture. Also, oral and written communication with our customers, sales team, within the depart as well as with other departments is a must.
