Meet the team:

Our Administrative Support and Data Maintenance Team works in close partnership with colleagues in Germany to support the smooth handling of customer-related documents. Once received and digitized, these documents come to us for validation, secure processing and accurate data entry into Dexcom’s systems. Our work ensures patients receive their CGM systems on time, while also supporting all necessary processes for seamless reimbursement and invoicing. Though we operate behind the scenes, our role is essential. By strictly adhering to privacy and security standards, we safeguard sensitive data and help drive Dexcom’s mission to empower people with diabetes. Where you come in:

  • You will accurately create and maintain Customer Master Data records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • You will thoroughly handle and manage diverse customer-related documentation, including doctor prescriptions, product training confirmations and other relevant documents. You will ensure all documentation is processed and maintained with precision and in compliance with company standards.
  • You will oversee customer orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate status tracking. Using shipment tracking details, you will update the system promptly to enable timely invoicing and maintain smooth order processing.
  • You will actively collaborate and communicate with other internal functions to verify customer information and resolve issues related to customer documentation handling.
  • You will work in a team-oriented environment, where collaboration is key. Workload and resources can be shared, so your tasks and responsibilities might vary occasionally. Don’t worry, we’ll provide all the training you need!

What makes you successful:

  • You have business fluency in German (minimum B1 level) and a good working knowledge of English, allowing you to participate in meetings and trainings.
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You have a strong ability to collaborate and drive results.
  • You demonstrate problem-solving skills by working independently and in cooperation with other teams.
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • You can interpret reports, read and follow through documentation such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules.
  • You have previous experience in Operations or Data Management areas, which is considered a plus.

  • You are proficient in German and English, with a minimum B2 level in both languages.

  • You have previous experience in Operations or Customer Support, which is considered as a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
     

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,643.33 to €2,030.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
