We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic Call Center team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and adapt. A successful candidate will be technologically proficient and have a strong command of the English language, as demonstrated by a B2+ level. Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required.
What you’ll do in this position:
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding customer expectations.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and other software to efficiently manage and track customer interactions.
Identify sales opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to promote products or services that align with customer needs.
Embrace a culture of continuous learning, readily adapting to new products, services, and work processes.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain current knowledge of company products and services.
Achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance goals.
What experience is a must to be eligible:
+6 months of demonstrated experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
B2 English Level.
High School Diploma completed.
