We are looking for talented individuals to join us in the position of Customer Service based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Estado de México.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Manage order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Follow up on the invoicing process, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any discrepancies.
Quickly identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis, preventing recurrence and improving service quality.
Create and maintain Excel reports to support internal visibility and decision‑making.
Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal and service‑oriented skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service roles.
Experience with SAP for order processing and/or invoicing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify root causes and propose improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Estado de México.
Schedule: 08:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
