Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally while providing accurate information and effective issue resolution.

  • Ensure all interactions meet required KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards set by the client.

  • Clearly document customer concerns, actions taken, and resolutions in the system.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team following standard procedures.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes, and policies to support customer needs.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication while adhering to call center policies and schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Open to candidates who are bachelor’s degree holders, Senior High School graduates or have relevant experience.

  • At least 1 year of experience handling a voice international account or campaign.

  • Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid setup as required.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
