As a Business Banking Associate, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference to business customers across the country.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide premium technical and customer service support over the phone

  •  Assist with transactional enquiries, account updates and business banking needs

  • Deliver fast, accurate solutions that support our customers’ day-to-day operations

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong customer service experience (essential)

  • A resilient, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

  • Confidence using multiple systems and technologies

  • Clear communication skills and a genuine desire to help

  • Interest in banking/finance (desirable)

  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask effectively

  • No banking or finance experience required — we provide full training to set you up for success

Roster & Training

You must be based in Perth for this role
Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. To be there for them every step of the way we'll need you to commit to a rotating roster which operates between the hours of:

  • 8:00am – 7:00pm AWST Monday – Sunday

  • You will need to be available to work weekends as needed roughly every 3–6 weeks

  • Full-time role (38 hours per week)

  • In-office mandatory training

  • Hybrid working: first 6 months in-office to set you up for success, then enjoy a balanced 50% work-from-home / 50% in-office model

  • Please note: this role is not compatible with face-to-face university timetables
