Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This hybrid position based at our Tres Cantos (Madrid) office is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such.
  • Support to sales team members and/or external customers.
  • Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve
  • processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics. 
  • Ensure that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws.
  • Maintain and update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer support or sales is preferred.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language will be an advantage.
  • Computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills required.
  • Microsoft Office skills, mainly in Excel.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Team spirit.
