Job Description
Full-time Receptionist needed in this high-volume veterinary hospital. Excellent interpersonal communication, computer skills required, and typing skills. Preferably, applicants have experience in reception and office administration and have previous veterinary clinic experience.
The purpose of this position is to provide outstanding client service. The Receptionist job includes but is not limited to answering the phone, differentiating between routine and emergency cases, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, admitting and checking out patients, processing payments, managing financial information, and communicating information between clients and staff. Applicants must be able to perform multi-task-oriented duties autonomously with a team-oriented approach. Position involves extended standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and some lifting. The position is full-time.
