You will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing them with guidance & help in processing their transactions.
Ensuring that all transactions are performed in accordance with our compliance rules and you will professionally deal with customers inquiries in a timely manner.
Cash handling and maintaining cash register operations including reports using MS Office tools.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to meet operational and performance targets
Ensure all cash and transaction records are balanced daily
Maintain proper documentation for CDD & ECDD
Comply with AML and company operating policies
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the counter area
