Customer Order Management
Enter and maintain customer orders accurately within the ERP system (PMI).
Ensure data integrity and timely processing of all customer transactions.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and missing or delayed products.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear, timely, and professional communication.
Support resolution of service issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Procurement & Supply Management
Perform demand and supply requirement calculations to support purchasing decisions.
Place purchase orders based on calculated needs and business requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, follow up on outstanding or delayed orders, and proactively address supply issues.
Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Logistics Coordination
Communicate daily shipment tracking information to customers.
Support coordination between logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Customer-focused mindset with clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, or logistics processes preferred.
Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
