工作职责
· 工作标准;负责部门工作标准制定。
· 工作流程:负责部门工作流程制定。
· 统筹管理:负责部门工作的全面统筹管理。
· 人员管理:负责内服团队业绩考核、落实公司考核指标。
· 日常培训: 负责团队人员培训,制定年度培训计划,聚焦服务意识、应急处理等能力短板,组织实操演练与效果评估。
· 供应商管理:负责保洁外包的管理工作,做好日常监督考核。
· 工作计划制定:执行部门的各项计划,监督员工执行内部规章制度、岗位职责、档案管理。
· 现场执行:接待与活动支持,完成场地布置、物资调配等工作。
· 现场监督:负责公司日常的办公秩序及办公环境的维护及管理。
· 沟通协调: 协调各职能任务(如大型活动、搬迁、应急响应),明确节点、责任人与时限。
· 工作检查:开展定期工作检查,形成检查报告,并闭环整改 。
· 费用管理:编制并管控部门年度预算,严控超支,定期分析费用结构。
· 数据记录和分析:建立运营数据看板,并定期分析。
· 工作总结和汇报:定期提交高质量工作总结与改进建议,支撑管理决策。
· 按时上、下班,礼貌待客,准时优质完成客户所要求完成的服务项目,严格执行健康与安全标准,避免出现任何违反程序行为的出现。
· 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求
· 基本条件:学历、全日制本科及以上学历。
· 专业背景:行政管理、酒店管理、经济金融类等相关专业优先良好的服务态度及工作态度。
· 工作经验:具备3年及以上以下任一领域客服主管服务经验;金融行业(银行/证券/保险总部);甲级写字楼(LEED/WELL认证项目优先);星级酒店(四星及以上)。
· 核心能力:普通话标准流利(二级甲等及以上优先);形象气质佳,亲和力强,服务意识突出;具备基础办公软件操作能力。(Word/Excel/Outlook)
· 职业素养:责任心强,细致耐心,抗压能力好;遵守职业操守,严守客户及公司信息保密要求。
· 无犯罪纪录。
