Cabrini Health is seeking a proactive and service-focused Operations Support Officer to join our Service Hub team. This role plays an integral part in supporting our staff across multiple sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations so our clinical teams can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinating staff onboarding essentials, including swipe cards, name badges and photo IDs
Support uniform ordering, supply and stock management
Receive and distribute mail and parcels across sites, including driving the Cabrini van
Deliver time-sensitive pharmacy and pathology items as required
Respond to and coordinate patient transport bookings
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Customer Services Team Leader
What we’re looking for
Strong administrative and customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A current driver’s licence and confidence driving a van
A collaborative approach and commitment to professional conduct
