Customer Service Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our customers. Your day will involve handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, managing product returns, and tracking orders, all while delivering a professional high standard of service.

This position reports to the Customer Service Team Lead and will be based in Mirqab, Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer orders and manage delivery flow by closely coordinating with operations teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Accurately input product type, pricing, and quantity into the system to ensure smooth and error-free order processing.
  • Follow up on customer complaints promptly by initiating investigations, documenting conclusions, constantly update the customer with progress and offering a solution.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or face-to-face with professionalism and efficiency to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with sales and customers to clarify order details, resolve inconsistencies, and monitor daily order progress to maintain accurate backlog and ensure On Time In Full delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Bachelor's degree certificate in any field is required
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in logistics and customer support is required
  • Arabic verbal communication proficiency is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required
