Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Bangladesh team on order processing, shipments, and stock.
• Manage TTs/LCs and shipping documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, forwarders, and banks.
• Update order sheets.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documents for accounts and audits on time.

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Shipping, Forwarding, or related field
• 2+ years in customer service/logistics
• SAP/ERP experience preferred
• Proficient in Excel & MS Office
