Customer Service Coordinator

To support our development, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to help drive our growth. Technical training on our products and technology will be provided during the onboarding phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and assistance to French and international customers for all after-sales service requests

  • Serve as the liaison between customers and various departments depending on the issue (technical, R&D, quality, logistics, accounting, etc.)

  • Conduct technical diagnostics after identifying parts to be replaced or, where necessary, assign after-sales service cases to technicians for issues requiring their intervention

  • Prepare quotes based on the assessments conducted

  • Process orders for parts and repairs, as well as warranty claims, equipment loans, exchanges, and restocking

  • Invoice orders or generate credit memos

  • Track shipments and handle customs formalities; arrange pickups

  • Monitor trends in repairs and parts requests and report them to the Process and Quality teams

  • Report defects in new products sold to the Quality and Production teams and to suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience ideally in a similar role within an international environment, ideally involving highly technical products.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, and high responsiveness

  • Proficient in IT tools, and/or with experience using an ERP system
