POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma, Associate degree preferred
· Strong Team Player, however can work independently as necessary
· Positive Attitude
· Excellent interpersonal written and verbal skills are required
· The ability to be detailed oriented, but can visualize the larger impact of a series of transactions
· Comfortable working with both automated and manual processes
· Proficient knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
· Ability to multi-task and address multiple priorities simultaneously
· Strong analytical skills
· 2 years of Customer Service Experience; or equivalent preferred. Other experience will be considered
