Currently we're looking for Customer Service Back Office Junior Specialist, who will be part of the team responsible for spare parts scope.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsability:

  • Preparation of quotes and sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems

  • Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders

  • Timely distribution of quotes and invoices to customers via email/or customer portals

  • Close cooperation with sales, local customer service team

  • Participate in potential Knowledge Transfers

  • Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of his/her authority

  • Complying with all national labor laws and the employer's internal regulations

Your Skills and Expertise: 

  • Knowledge of SAP Finance - nice to have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Good command of English (in both speaking and writing)

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Organizational talent and ability to handle priorities

  • Responsiveness, methodical thinking, openness and willpower
