We are hiring a Customer Service & Supply Chain Specialist in Prague to manage end‑to‑end supply operations for our B2B customers and ensure outstanding service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for B2B customers across all supply chain topics.
Ensure accurate distribution, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Manage full A–Z order processing: order entry, documentation, dispatch notification, invoicing and payment tracking.
Oversee sales forecasting, demand analysis, ordering, delivery tracking and reporting.
Maintain product and customer master data.
Coordinate artwork management and specific change‑control cases.
Support new product launches from a supply chain perspective.
Collaborate with plants and suppliers to secure materials, documentation and timely execution.
Monitor freight and shipments to ensure GDP compliance.
Manage stock levels, inventory turnover and optimization actions.
Conduct monthly supply analysis, propose corrective actions and implement improvements.
Anticipate distribution issues and propose practical solutions.
Handle samples ordering and fulfillment.
Manage complaints in coordination with Quality and manufacturing sites.
Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, follow up on performance.
Organize S&OP interactions with supplying plants and develop strong partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Provide operational support for Clinical Trials supply chain activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, MDR, HACCP, internal policies and HSE/ESMS principles.
Collaborate with authorities (SUKL audits, Chamber of Commerce certificates, MoH CZ licenses).
Ensure proper reporting of any suspected adverse events related to medicinal products or devices.
Contribute to team coverage during absences to maintain service continuity.
Act as the key internal partner for Sales regarding the assigned customer portfolio.
Qualifications, required skills and experience:
Proven customer service expertise.
Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, including 2+ years in Planning.
Strong knowledge of demand planning, stock management and supply chain processes.
Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI experience considered a strong advantage
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
Advanced English proficiency.
Excellent communication skills-clear, structured and customer‑oriented.
Positive, proactive mindset with a reliable, collaborative approach.
