The Customer Service Analyst is the principal customer contact for all orders and administration of customer sales orders, related information and processes from contract award through closeout and archive of the sales order. Performs a variety of simple to complex sales order entry and order administration support activities for customer accounts and works to align available inventory with the sales order line items to ensure that deliverables are shipped and invoiced as required by Collins Aerospace and the customer.

What you will do:

  • Understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Maintains customer contact including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes and billing/receivables questions.
  • Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP; create and send order acknowledgements to customer when required. Generates and distributes contract summaries when required.
  • Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening.
  • Work with Finance to process customer invoices, return orders and credit & debit memo requests.
  • Create basic quotes in SAP (Catalog net / list / pre-approved Sales Bulletins; standard T&Cs).
  • Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Create and maintain special tracking and customer reports.
  • Negotiate pricing/fees, for product.

What You Will Learn:

  • Collaborate and build networks within Global Asset Management, Global Trade, Finance, Sales, etc. 
  • Understand Service Level Agreements to prioritize and meet customer expectations. 
  • Utilize multiple customer collaboration tools/portals and SAP transactions to receive and process orders. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain roles and position related experience. 
  • 90% English level- Proficiency and fluency English Skills. 
  • Problem solving skills. 
  • ERP experience/ SAP navigation. 
  • Must have availability to work 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Saturday through Wednesday. 

Qualifications We prefer:

  • Preferable advanced knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
