Customer Service Advisor
Location: Newcastle, NE12 8BU
Salary: Starting at £26,133 per annum, increasing with role progression, plus £1,200 performance-based bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Holidays: 21 days annual leave (increasing to 23 days after 12 months’ service) plus bank holidays
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Service department at Verisure Services in Newcastle.
This is a role where you will support customers by handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high quality customer experience at every interaction.
