As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join the busy sales support team on a hybrid basis at our NCH Head Office in Bilston. This will be on an initial 10-month fixed term contract basis to assist with integration projects as the business moves forward.
In this role, you will closely support the Sales Operations Director customer service team. Tasks will include but are not limited to order entry, service planning and call handling from customers and our sales representatives in the field.
