What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers and assigned accounts.
Researches and responds to customer inquiries expeditiously and with accuracy.
Ensures execution and manages the demand creation activity, applicable contracts, value added programs, returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc.
Ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion and within our service level expectations.
Works as closely with your team members within a shared work queue to ensure workload balance and consistency in customer experience.
Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base
Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing
Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status
Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion
Ongoing Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Salesforce are a bonus.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home
