We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Italian speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers.
This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based in Porto.
