About the Opportunity:
As a Customer Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing medical consumables supply contracts for our Corporate customer groups, Public and Private hospitals across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting and diverse role as it’s a mix of customer-facing and office-based work. It involves partnering with customers, handling enquiries, providing updates on pricing and product availability, and delivering reporting. You will also work closely with our Corporate Sales Team to align customer expectations with our operational capabilities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain supply contracts and agreements for corporate medical consumable customers across Australia and New Zealand for corporate groups, public, and private hospitals.
Work with sales, marketing and customer service teams
Manage new and existing customer relationships, enquiries and provide proactive updates on pricing, product availability, and new product launches.
Deliver customer reporting and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and the business.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Registered Nurse with clinical experience (mandatory); radiology knowledge is a plus.
Commercial experience working in the healthcare/medical sectors (advantageous).
Strong analytical skills with experience or interest in BI/ERP tools (e.g., Pronto, Phocas) and proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly, Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to project manage effectively and work to deadlines.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
Valid drivers licence with unrestricted working rights
