Job Description

The Customer Replenishment Manager (CRM) is the face of P&G to the customer, and the voice of the customer to P&G, ensuring we are our customers’ #1 preferred supplier by delivering superior service all the way to the shelf, and exceptional joint value across NOS, Cost & Cash.

The CRM plays a critical hands on role across the supply chain, providing Customer business intelligence to categories. They work hand in hand with Sales & the customer to plan & execute promotions, events, new product launches and customer range changes. They also manage customer orders through the daily order cycle, and link closely with P&G transport teams & customer Inbound teams to ensure seamless delivery*.

Responsibilities are centered on creating an exceptional customer experience, all the way to the shelf. The CRM drives sales, reduces cost and improves cashflow efficiency. This is through improving collaborative forecasting & planning, enabling efficient order management and delivering superior shopper availability. Continuous improvement is delivered by leveraging daily management systems and performing regular root cause analysis to understand losses and then create action plans and establish projects to enable.

• Develop mastery in key elements of the E2E Customer Collaboration areas of responsibility: demand and forecasting, initiatives, order management, service & OSA.  
• Partner with Sales teams to deliver new product launches and in-store promotions & events.
• Review outages in the supply chain, create and implement structural solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of how the customer works and build relationships with SC counterparts to enable partnership to support joint supply chain projects and operational improvements. (Tier 1 & 2 customers)
• Partner with the external customer to visit retailer stores & DCs to understand logistical constraints and opportunities

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical skills and passion for winning
• Ability to show effective leadership, to solve problems and to set priorities
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
• Experience in Supply Chain is a plus (but not a requirement)
