Customer Relationship and Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

• Extract, analyze, and monitor laboratory KPIs in collaboration with internal teams, and propose associated action plans.

• Design and update new performance indicators tailored to the needs of clients and the company.

• Escalate identified discrepancies to the business and site management, ensuring rigorous follow-up until resolution.

• Develop data analyses to meet the needs of internal clients.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

• Prepare materials for steering committee meetings.

• Update Customer Relations dashboards: contractual analysis in Salesforce, customer dissatisfaction/satisfaction.

• Update client account management tools.

• Ensure the consistency of customer invoices on a monthly basis and verify their compliance with current contracts.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree

Skills and Knowledge:

• Analytical and critical thinking – proactive mindset

• Good knowledge of logistics operations

• Familiarity with internal tools (Qlik Sense, Accounting Applications)

• Excellent mastery of Excel

• Ability to analyze accounting or logistics data

• Rigor, organization, and versatility

• Strong listening skills

• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
