The role of Customer Relations Specialist is part of the specialist team within our contact centre, you’ll be accountable for managing new and existing customers and their loved ones via both inbound and outbound contact. The role will see you acting as an SME to guide our customers on their journey post-acquisition of funding.
Managing a diverse case-load, the role is designed to quality the level of enquiry and match prospective customers to be seen by one of the Customer Admission Specialists to complete their journey into services with BlueCare.

As a highly experienced contact centre resolution or retention specialists, you will be providing exceptional customer service through your communication and problem solving skills, continually working towards resolution.
You will present with the confidence, empathy, and interpersonal skills to talk to people from all walks of life, including clients experiencing challenging personal circumstances. You’ll demonstrate resilience in providing the best customer service possible on each and every call.
You’ll have flexibility to be rostered across shifts from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday.
