The Boeing Company is looking for a Customer Support and Regional Support Manager to join the Customer Relations group in Renton, WA or Seal Beach, CA.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to find solutions that prioritize our customers’ needs; effectively using collaboration skills, resilience and strategic thinking.  Customer Relations operates at a fast-pace to deliver world class customer service to internal and external partners and customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and inspires employees on the Customer Support and Regional Support Specialist teams to achieve individual and team performance metrics and development goals
  • Candidate will serve as part of the Customer Relations leadership team, which creates long term strategy and objectives for the group
  • Leverages Boeing’s complexity to eliminate cross-functional overlap and inconsistent support
  • Develops and sustains productive relationships with organizations providing support to Customer Relations and Sales
  • Partners with the leadership team to ensure sufficient onsite support for customer engagements regarding these teams
  • Removes roadblocks affecting task completion for Customer Relations team members
  • Reviews project execution plans, makes appropriate adjustments and resolve issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • This manager position requires you to have a minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to work off-hours including evenings and weekends
  • Proven track record of success executing against project deliverable and long-term objectives
  • Experience analyzing data to uncover opportunities for added workgroup efficiencies

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
