What you will do

  • Process all required export documentation—including invoices, packing lists, certifications, Restricted Articles, and letters of credit—based on Salesforce tasks initiated by Customer Care.
  • Work closely with Customer Care/Freight Forwarders and Logistic Department to resolve any paperwork issues to ensure documents are completed in a timely manner to avoid costly delays for customers.
  • Maintain current Hazardous Material Training Certification in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to ensure accurate and properly signed hazardous material documentation.
  • Monitor changes in international export regulations and promptly communicate updates to the team to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Manage AES filing report and address any non-conformance with Freight Forwarders involved.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation for audits and compliance checks in Salesforce.
  • Handle telephone and email communications professionally and efficiently, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

What we look for

Education

Associate's/bachelor’s degree Preferred (Equivalent combination of higher education and Logistics or related field experience is acceptable).

Experience

2 to 4 years prior experience in high velocity Customer Service, Logistic or Export support role.  Experience with related products is helpful but not required to perform the essential responsibilities of the position. 

Competency 

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills and proficiency in documentation management software. 
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, is required.
  • The candidate should be resilient, and able to effectively determine priorities and allocates time and resources effectively.

Hours 7am to 430pm M-F

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $45,600 - $68,400        

(Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
