Join Collins Aerospace as a Customer Quality Manager and step into a highly visible, impact-driven role at the center of customer satisfaction and product excellence. In this position, you won’t just monitor quality—you’ll own it. Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, you’ll lead efforts to ensure Mission Systems products consistently meet the highest standards while strengthening long-term customer relationships. While this role carries a Manager title, it is an individual contributor position without direct reports, offering the opportunity to lead through influence and technical expertise. Your ability to interpret customer requirements, anticipate challenges, and drive timely, effective solutions will directly influence customer confidence and program success.

Working across operations, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, you’ll take a hands-on approach to solving complex quality issues—digging into root causes, leading corrective actions, and shaping continuous improvement initiatives. From analyzing field data and quality metrics to guiding cross-functional teams, you’ll play a critical role in delivering reliable, mission-ready solutions in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys solving problems at their core, and wants to make a measurable impact on both product quality and customer experience.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality) to support program or product objectives

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including the ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
