JOB PURPOSE
• To ensure that new products are introduced into any required manufacturing location of the Division efficiently, ensuring that all relevant customer and JM requirements are fully met, and all required documentation is prepared. Agree on Specification Standards, Sampling Plans, and Product Specifications.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Accountable for all activities pertaining to Quality Planning aspects of customers for introduction of new products from the development phases through to series production within the customers’ time limits.
• Accurately understand and effectively communicate customer and JM requirements to appropriate personnel within Org and to coordinate activities to ensure that these requirements are met whilst complying with business strategies and objectives. Achieving this requires excellent communication and planning skills and the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with all key contacts.

6-7-year experience in Automotive industry.

SCOPE
Authority-:
▪ Coordinate the Quality Planning aspects of the introduction of new products from the development phases through to series production, within the customers’ time limits.
▪ Support CQ projects as agreed with the CA India QA Manager.
• Support in QMS activities i.e Internal audits, Process audits, FMEA, Control plan etc
▪ Write the Specification Standards and customer Sampling plans for customers as agreed with the Customer Quality Manager.
▪ Provide support to Technology, Operations, Quality and Sales staff.
▪ Keep Account Manager informed of customer enquiries and the status of work in progress.
▪ Assist the Account Manager and the plant Quality managers with tasks related to the New Product Introduction process.
▪ Assist the Account Manager and the Customer Quality Manager with administrative tasks if required.
▪ Establish and maintain good relationships with internal JM, supplier, and customer contacts to ensure the efficient flow of information and to ensure that threats and opportunities are identified. Customer visits may be appropriate from time-to-time.
▪ Assist with the PSSA, ensuring that these are carried out for all new parts as agreed with the Customer Quality Manager.
▪ Maintain the departmental VST in order to track new parts’ introductions and maintain Spec Trackers for all parts within the responsibilities agreed with the Customer Quality Manager.
